Tulip Festival Part One

by Brooke on April 23, 2007

We went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point on Saturday. It just might be one of my favorite places now! It was BEAUTIFUL with billions of flowers and color everywhere. We spent almost 3 hours there and took a ton of pictures. I have a thing for tulips, so I was very happy. :) You could seriously spend half the day there, take a picnic….anyway, I think you get the idea. Brandon’s favorite part were the waterfalls–he was totally fascinated by them. Annie’s favorite part was trying to pick the flowers.

So here is “Part One” of the pics. More to come later!

This is the same waterfall, taken at different shutter speeds. It was fun experimenting with my camera settings.

We had such a great time!

Those are the most “beautesque” pictures ever. What a fun family outing!

So beautiful! Pictures like those make me miss the changing seasons. No tulips or daffodils here. They have got to be my favorite flowers.

I love it! You take such amazing pictures. I have to check in about 3 times a day just to see if something is posted yet. This is my “web-candy!” YUMMY
