{Driving by the hospital}
Me: That’s where I’m having the baby in a few weeks.
Brandon: Well, good luck with THAT. Have fun getting the baby.
Me: {snickering} Oh, I will.
Brandon: I can’t wait to see what she looks like. Hmmmm, I wonder what color of skin she’ll have.
Me: She’ll have the same color as me and Dad and you and Annie.
Brandon: How do you know?
Me: I just do. 
Our family has the same skin color as each other.

Brandon: Look, we’re almost to Grandma’s village! We’re by OUR village! We’re back into our world.
{Said on the way back from Bountiful when we got our van–as we drove by the Murray exit where 3 of his Grandmas live. Apparently a 25 minute drive is worlds away to a 5 year old! I love how he calls it their “village.”}

You probably don’t know me, but I just had to write a quick thank you, because for the last few months I have been attempting to make my blog “cuter” and I haven’t dared get the guts to. I have had a cute header, but that’s about it. Anyways, I googled “how to make a cute scrapbook blog” and yours came up. I am looking at your October post and writing down all the instructions. You have great taste, I already have the Shabby Princess header that you do, now I am going to attempt to follow your directions and get the cute scrapbook paper on my sidebars and main bars.
