Happy 30th Birthday to my Jaden. I know the day is almost over but it is still September 24th so I am going to take you on a short little jaunt down memory lane, from the early days of little Jaden until the big 3-0. Boy, was this hard to narrow down, I’m barely skimming the surface but you get the idea. 
Classic. This is my FAVORITE. I love every single thing about this family portrait. It just makes my day. Jaden was the firstborn son of Judy and Judd.

the all important level of commitment: being sumo wrestling partners.
THEN the next step: marriage.
We just celebrated 8 years of wedded bliss in June.
graduating from BYU…
becoming a father of two… (Annie born 11/14/05)
and becoming a father of three…. (Haylie born 04/01/08)
with countless memories and highlights and challenges and life experiences in between.
Today Jaden is an incredible dad, an ambitious hard working breadwinner for his family, a wonderful husband and son, a spiritual giant and example to those around him, and my best friend for the past 16 years.
And still willing to be a total nerd with me. And I love him. Who says you have to act all mature when you turn 30?? Looking foward to the next 30 years together.

I love the toothbrush picture. Back when I was on Spartanvision, I was putting together the Prince Charming assembly with all the baby/kid pictures of the candidates. I remember loving the toothbrush picture so much that I left that one on the slide show an extra few seconds. I’d love to hear more about your courtship and history with Jaden….have you blogged about that?

That was so fun to look at! Happy Birthday, old man Jaden!!! I’ve always thought Brandom was a total replica of Jaden, but seeing those pictures I could see quite a bit of Annie too! So cute.

What a great tribute to your husband. You are a wonderful wife to say such awesome things about him, and he does sound pretty awesome. It is refreshing (and inspiring) to hear you build him up, I need to do more of that with my sweet husband. Happy 30th Jaden!
