Lookie what I made!!

by Brooke on January 15, 2010

Pardon the yucky pics, I just quickly snapped a few and I wanted to share what I made yesterday!! My grandma taught me how to crochet this cute head wrap. I love it! I made it all by my little self!

I even sewed on a BUTTON and made the flowers and everything! I feel so domestic. With my photos and files and digiscrapping stuff STILL working on being restored (driving me crazy but it’s okay) and my daughter having pneumonia and my other daughter being sick too, I’ve spent lots of time on the couch snuggling with my babies and crocheting. It’s been a good distractor. :)

It makes me happy!
It’s so fun to create stuff, it’s pretty satisfying to be able to finish a little project like this. I’ll have to post more little projects later on. I have a whole list of things I want to do……

I'm shedding a tear right now because we never had a crocheting party in Hawaii. I am extremely envious of your head band. Can we please find a time to get together and have some lessons? I'll even bring cookies!!!!

I feel so honored to have such a famous friend! Are you going to sell those? I need one for me and one for a certain girl who cut her own hair!

Brookie! That is amazing! That is my other New Year's Resolution to knit something. You did awesome! Thanks a million times over for your comment on my blog. You are superwoman and anything from you is worth gold. Plus, I meant to give you a heads up that I stole your b-day party ideas, all of them and thanks, it was really fun for Jona. I'm going to buy Elements today, wish me luck. Thanks again & have a great day with you & your sweet family. Tell Jaden, "hi" fro me, too. Love you!

I can't handle the cuteness of you and your knitted head wrap. Just please, could you NOT be good at just one thing?! I'm oh so envious of your knitting skills.
