Countdown #1: 3 more weeks to go until baby’s birth-day! And we still haven’t picked a name. And we still don’t have the nursery ready. But no worries, it’ll all work out. 
Countdown #2: Brandon’s 5th birthday party is this Saturday. We are having a super hero themed bash. Here’s the invitation I made:
He’s so excited about it and we have some fun stuff planned. I’ll post the recap on Saturday if I haven’t gone into labor from entertaining 20+ children…
Then tonight Annie and I are having a special date…we’re going to this:
She’ll be decked out in her Cinderella finest and we’ll be accompanied by Julie, Kecia, Mary, and their girls. I’m sure it’ll be delightful! Brandon and Jaden will be bonding tonight–Brandon has swimming lessons and then they’ll stay and swim for awhile afterwards….so we’ll all be doing something fun tonight.
Basement update: the finish carpentry is all done (the molding, baseboards, doors, etc) and the painters are here today. Carpet is going to be installed next week. Hooray! We’re close to being done….

brooke. sometimes i wish you were my mom. i mean really. i’ve wanted to hit up princesses on ice all my life. i even tried to trick ryan into taking me last year but it didnt work. and that invitation is the greatest thing i’ve seen all day. even being big with child you are amazing!!! if ry were here, he would be proud. love you girlfriend.
