My Preschool Grad

by Brooke on June 11, 2008

Today was Brandon’s preschool program/graduation. I can’t believe that he’s finished 2 years of preschool and is off to Kindergarten in a few short months.

We took a few pics before the program, and Annie insisted on being right there with her big brother. Aren’t they cute?? I think so. Even though they fight like cats and dogs, they really are buddies and love each other to pieces. I know that Annie will miss him when he’s at school every day.

Brandon loves his teacher, Miss Ashley. We’ve really been impressed with this school and he’s had a great time there. She’s having a baby in Sept.

The program was adorable and hilarious. Lots of cute songs and props. We loved it! Brandon was totally into it the whole time. We got some sweet video that we will definitely show to future girlfriends or use as blackmail someday. :) He’s got some sweet moves that he definitely inherited from his mommy. Hee hee! Perhaps one day I’ll post a video on the ol’ blog.

Our little graduate!! He got a “diploma” as well as a slap bracelet. Kind of random, but he liked it. All you 80’s kids, remember those?? :) I always stocked up on those at Jobbers Odd Lot, this cool (ghetto) store we always went to when I was young. Ahh, memories.

Grandma Wendy and Grandpa Russ were able to come to the program also, and we went to Goodwood for lunch afterwards. (We missed Grandpa Judd and Grandma Judy who are lucky enough to be in Paris right now! Jealous!)

The proud parents. :) Way to go, kiddo. He is so excited for Kindergarten and getting to ride the bus with his friends. Not so sure if I’m ready to send him, though! Sniff, sniff.

Congrats, Buddy!!!

So now, here comes summer. Thanks for all of the fab fun ideas you guys shared!! Can’t wait to try some of them soon.

Brandon is such a mini-Jaden! I can’t get over it! Brandon will love kindergarten – for sure Annie (and you) will miss him though. At least it’s only half day!

Yay! Isn’t preschool graduation fun? Loved it.

I also loved the random reference to Jobbers Odd Lot. Oh, how I loved that place back in the day…

I love his sailor hat picture. I loved slap bracelets. I had completely forgotten about Jobbers Odd Lot. That place was the best!

Brook- Brandon is so cute. Salimon has loved having him as a new friend at church. It was great to get to know you better at Hollys.

Sorry to a weird-o but would you mind taking my blog off as a link on your blog? Thanks :)

A friend showed me your blog. I am trying to put up 3 colums on my blog too. How do you get the columns centered and spaced evenly.

What a neat preschool. Talmage goes to a different one (I won’t say the name) and I’m on the fence on whether I love it or not. Your’s looks a lot more “put together”. Brandon is a sweetie. He and Annie both have the most contagious smiles. congrats little grad!

Emily–I just downloaded a blogger template that already had the 3 columns all spaced out nicely for me! Easy! :) I’m so sorry but I don’t even remember where i downloaded it but I bet if you did a google search maybe you could find one. Sorry I’m not more help!

Jobbers Odd Lot. You just took me back. I remember walking up and down the aisles forever trying to figure out waht purchase was worth it. Do you remember how many bazillion fireworks you could get there for just a few bucks. I am glad you took me down memory lane.
