Allergies and digiscrapping….

I have a bad case of allergies so I’m not feeling the greatest, but it’s been several days and I wanted to post something! These are a few digi pages I did today. I used primarily Katja Kromann designs on both.

I have kind of been anti-creative lately. I’ve been having a hard time coming up with layouts for some reason. Sort of stuck in a rut. But two in one day is pretty good, I guess. I post most of my layouts in an online gallery and today this sweet lady (Thena) left the cutest comment on my “Plugging In” page–it is a poem and I thought I’d post it here:

I don’t need a favorite blankie
To take everywhere I go
Don’t need a silly binkie
That will hit me in the nose
But I have a little comfort
That is my favorite friend
It’s my belly button
And all I do is just plug in!

Isn’t that cute and funny?? She also left another sweet verse on one of my other layouts:

Here is what she wrote for this one:

Take my hand little sister
And I will walk with you
For I have learned a few things
That I can teach you too.
Any time that you stumble
I hope you can see
That as your bigger, stronger brother
You can always lean on me.

I LOVE that. Some people just have a gift with words. I just thought that was so nice of her to take the time to write those little poems for me, someone she doesn’t even know. It made my day!

Well, have lots to write about the past few days but I think I’m going to head to bed. Yay.
