I’m glad I provided some laughs on my previous post, and I loved hearing some of your stories too. 🙂 Ahhhh. The silly things we do.
I just have a few more little projects to put here that I made for the DSM booth at the Scrapbook Expo.
**A Happy Halloween pillow box for treats.
You’ve probably seen these before. . . for this one I used a pillow box template from http://www.ggdigitaldesigns.com/ and used papers from DSM. Printed at Costco (accidently on glossy paper but hey, it worked fine), cut out and folded into shape, then secured with double-sided sticky tape and wrapped a ribbon around it. Presto, a fun way to give Halloween treat to someone.
**A little boy birthday card.
This was easy. I just printed out one of the cute car graphics from the “Oh Boy” CD at DSM, adhered it to cardstock and added real red and clear buttons.
**One of my favorites: a book of colors for Annie.
This honestly came together so quickly and was really fun to make. I wanted to make Annie her very own customized book of colors. I already had most of the pictures–I wanted the objects to be her own things and have her in the pictures somehow, even if it was just her hand or foot. 🙂 I just kept the design VERY simple so as not to distract from the pictures. I used various papers from various kits of DSM. I made them the size of “badge albums” so I could just slide them into those ID badge covers from Walmart, roughly 2.5 by 3.5 inches or something like that. I could easily fit 2 little layouts on a 4×6 photo from Costco. I’m happy with how it turned out, and so is Annie. 🙂 Here are the digital files so you can see each of the pages. You can click to enlarge.
Oh, and here are just a few of my favorite layouts I’ve recently done.

I would love to win Brooke! Pick me pick me! Oh and your projects are adorable! For those boxes do you do photo paper? I always wonder how photo paper will fold, I am thinking of doing those for thank you gifts for a baby shower I am throwing this weekend that is why I am wondering.
You are talented for sure! So dang cute, love all your pages and the color book is way cute. I love the idea of using pictures of Annie for it, very cute.
So totally interested and as usual, inspired by you to go out and create some fun things myself!
I just came across your blog off of your facebook account, holy cow you’re talented. I definitely want to be just like you when I grow up. I really would love it if you would teach me how to do some of that digiscrapbooking you’re so good at. I have lots of pictures but haven’t done anything with them. If you get bored feel free to take a look around our blog. Not nearly as beautiful as yours but sometimes mildly entertaining.
